Hi, I’m Monica, IBCLC, RN

With experience in both maternity care and lactation support within the local hospital system, I bring a strong clinical foundation to the care I provide. More importantly, I am deeply passionate about supporting families in a way that feels personal, respectful, and tailored to their unique journey.

I believe that every family deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. I take the time to truly get to know you—your goals, your concerns, and your experience—so that we can work together to find what feels right for you and your baby.

My goal is to create an environment where you feel at ease, comfortable, and at home. Whether you are navigating challenges or simply looking for reassurance, I am here to provide compassionate, evidence-based guidance every step of the way.

Hi, I’m Courtney, IBCLC, RN

I began my nursing career working in the NICU, Mother-Baby, and Lactation, where I developed a strong clinical foundation in supporting both infants and their families during the earliest stages of life. Through this experience, I discovered a deep passion for working with NICU mothers. Having been a NICU mom myself, I understand some of the challenges and emotions that can come with that experience.

My approach to care is centered on supporting mothers in the postpartum period as a whole—recognizing that feeding, healing, and emotional well-being are all deeply connected. I strive to provide compassionate, individualized care that meets you where you are, whether you are navigating challenges or seeking reassurance.

My goal is to create a supportive and welcoming environment where you feel heard and understood. I aim for each consultation to leave you feeling more confident, informed, and encouraged than when you arrived.
